This week’s question:
If you could take any class you wanted, in any subject, what would you choose to learn about?
Funnily enough, I AM currently taking a class that I would have listed previously: History of World War II. I’m loving it, but man, it’s kicking my butt. In a fantasy class, I’d take it even further: a 3-6 month long traveling WWII history class. We’d get to travel as a group all over Germany, France, Holland, Belgium and Poland exploring and learning about relevant WWII sites.
I’d also love to take a class in forensics. I’m just too obssessed with those CSI and Bones-type shows. It would be really cool to just spend a weekend “behind the scenes”- learning the science that makes the shows possible.
And since we’re talking fantasy here, I want an art class that actually gives talent to people with none. I can’t even draw a stick figure, but it’s my dream to be able to sketch like a real artist.
Wow, nothing really that interesting! How sad.
But check out some blog buddies of mine who have also taken the time to answer!

On non-blog roll notes, yesterday I had my meeting for my February job in Switzerland. For those I haven’t told, I’ve been hired to join a large group of families going for a weeklong ski trip in Disentis, Switzerland. I don’t ski (never even tried… should someday) so I’ll be taking care of the children under 5 who are too small to join their parents on the slopes. I’ll only have 4 children for about 9 hours a day total (with breaks) and I’ll make 100 Euros a day plus the free trip/hotel/food, etc. I’m really excited and the other chaperones (who will be out skiing with the older kids) are really cool. I’ve finally met an American and a Canadian who are my age! Every American I meet out here is 40+ or 18-19 tops. I think it’ll be a lot of fun. It’s Feb 13-21, so we’ll be skipping V-day this year, but big deal… It’s funny with Christmas and then our anniversary in April, I’ve found that V-day just isn’t worth all the hoopla of celebrating.
Other than that news, I’ve basically just been drowning in Constitutional Law case reviews. I could NEVER be lawyer. Talk to ya’ll soon!
